If you don't live in Brazil then you will need to use a proxy, go to: arrudanet.com.br/
Paste this in the proxy url bar:
Hit enter then log into stardoll. Change 'view' to 'finish' or paste this:
Hit enter again and wait for the page to load. Cross off the proxy, the bag should be in an Earth Hour bag in your suite.
